Sartorius VN01H02 VIVACON 500 10000 MWCO HYDR, 100/Pk100 l 2 ml Vivacon 2 are centrifugal units for fast DNA concentration and buffer exchange of 2 ml samples. They are also the product of choice for protein fractionation applications. The use of Hydrosart ultrafiltration membranes results in high recoveries from dilute samples. Complete recovery of the concentrate is guaranteed by a reverse spinning step.
