The textured outer silver ring supports two hand cut feathers, a center cascading chain fringe, and a little twinkly star. The pendant measures 3" from the top of the jump rings to the bottom of the fringe and comes with a 17" long sterling silver chain with my makers mark. Every component was oxidized and hand
