Lot 012 - Vintage Sterling Silver Pepper Mill, Made in Italy, 2-1/2" H, Total Weight 74 gVintage Italian sterling silver pepper mill with a turned baluster form body and knurled adjustment knob on top. The base is marked "Sterling" on the rim and "Italy" on the underside, with a "BT" maker's mark on the grinding mechanism crossbar. The grinder shows surface scratching, tarnish, and oxidation on the interior mechanism. Though the body of this item is composed of sterling silver, the heavy internal parts are not.
