Introduction Hand Building | Beginner | 1 dayIn this introductory hand building class for all levels, youll explore the basic principles and techniques of hand building, including pinching and coil building. You can create a functional piece such as a teacup or a bowl, or an abstract sculptural piece that inspires you. At the end of the class, youll choose your one of favourite piece to keep for glazing and firing. *For kids under 10 years old, a parent or guardian is requested to join the class

Week 6: Glazing – An introduction to glazing techniques and chemistry to bring colour

Our team will take care of the firing and glazing using an opaque white finish

Sunday: 6-8pm

You will learn to refine your throwing skills to be able to work on more complicated forms & shapes and working with bigger amount of clay

Week 2: Strengthening the Basics – Continuing to work on centering and height
