Flavien Nowack Champagne Extra Brut S.A. Sans Annees Autre Cru AssemblageBiodynamic. 60% Pinot Meunier and 40% Chardonnay. Base 2017 vintage with 40% reserve wines (2012 2016). This non vintage champagne shows the terroir of Vandieres; fullness of Pinot Meunier with the elegance of Chardonnay. Spontaneous fermentation with natural yeasts. Ageing in stainless steel and small oak barrels. Unfined and unfiltered.
