Short sleeve. Polo embroidered brand patch on left breast. Vents with tail at hem. Material : 100% cotton on tag but has light stretch to it. Circa 1990's. Measurements: Taken laying flat and doubled where necessary would fit a men's XL to XXL best. Chest 48 Length 26( tails longer in back) Arm Length 9
The only thing that I noted is that the lining is somewhat faded (photo 12)

It is made of leather and in great condition
The only issue is the missing belt which I have replaced with a white stretch belt
I love this purse because it's large enough to carry everything you need for the day
and has long sleeves
