Lot 125 - Vintage Mounted African Antelope Horn Trophy on Shield-Shaped Wood Plaque, 11" L x 19" HVintage pair of African antelope horns mounted on a partial skull cap, secured to a shield shaped wood plaque. The horns are large and curved with prominent ridging along the shafts, tapering to smooth pointed tips. The skull cap is fastened to the plaque with screws, and a metal ring hanger is attached to the back for wall display. The horns show natural drying and surface wear, and the plaque has scuffs and minor finish loss.
The collection includes a variety of price points commonly used in retail settings of the time
but does have a couple cracks
with gauffered edges
The paper portions of her clothes have some tearing and loss
